It is so easy to fall into the habit of complaining. To really not complain at all for one day is more difficult than it sounds. So don’t complain about anything. At all. Really. Fast from complaining.
And to stretch yourself, if you are tempted to complain, think of something to be grateful for instead. Make it something related to the thing you were about to complain about. So if you were about to complain about the traffic on the way to school, be grateful that you have transportation instead.
Do this as a family. You will be amazed at how it can transform your household. And no complaining if another member of the family complains. 🙂
