If You Are Not a Paid Subscriber
Click the download link and choose to watch the ad. Once the ad finishes, your file should download automatically to your usual Downloads folder. You must watch the ad to receive the file.
If the ad does not appear or the download does not start:
- Allow ads, cookies, and popups for young-catholics.com. If you use an ad blocker, add the entire site to its allow list.
- If you see a timeout error, return to the page, refresh it, and click the new download link.
- Try a different browser or network, such as your home network instead of a work network.
If you still have trouble, clear the saved data for young-catholics.com in your browser, then refresh the page:
- Chrome: Click the icon to the left of the website address. Open Site settings and click Delete data.
- Edge: Click the lock icon beside the website address. Open Site permissions → Cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data. Search for young-catholics.com and delete its data.
- Firefox: Click the shield or lock icon to the left of the website address. Select Clear cookies and site data, then confirm.
- Opera: Click the lock icon to the left of the website address. Open Site settings and click Clear data under Usage.
- Safari: Open Safari → Settings (or Preferences) → Privacy → Manage Website Data. Search for young-catholics.com, select it, and click Remove.
If You Are a Paid Subscriber
Make sure you are logged in, then click the download link. Your file should download immediately without an ad. If it does not, use the support information on your account dashboard to get help.
