Mass Readings for the 4th Sunday of Easter Year A (Good Shepherd Sunday)
- First Reading – Acts 2:14A, 36-41: “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
- Responsorial Psalm – Psalm 23: “The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.”
- Second Reading – 1 Peter 2:20b-25: “For you had gone astray like sheep, but you have now returned to the shepherd and guardian of your souls.”
- Gospel – John 10:1-10: “But whoever enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens it for him, and the sheep hear his voice, as the shepherd calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.”

- Gospel – John 10:11-18: “I am the good shepherd, and I know mine and mine know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I will lay down my life for the sheep.”

- Second Reading – Revelation 7:9, 14B-17: “I, John, had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation, race, people, and tongue. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands.”
- Gospel – John 10:27-30: “My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me. give them eternal life, and they shall never perish.”
