Gospel for Thursday of the 25th Week in Ordinary Time I

Luke 9:7-9

Summary: Herod was puzzled by reports about Jesus. Some believed Jesus was John, Elijah, or an ancient prophet. Herod, remembering he had killed John, became curious and wanted to meet Jesus.

Gospel Acclamation: I am the way and the truth and the life, says the Lord; no one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
