This prayer asks God to bless us with good friends and to help us make good choices about relationships. This prayer is based on Psalm 1.

Lord bless me with good friends.
Help me stay away from relationships
With people who don't love you as they should.

When I am close to you I am alive.
I feel refreshed.
You give me strength.

Those who don't follow you are like leaves blowing in the wind.
They have no direction and make poor decisions.
Their actions have bad consequences.
I don't want to be caught up with them.

Bless me with good friends.
Help me make good choices about who I spend time with.
I want to be with people who bring me closer to you.

Amen.
