This is a no supplies required game which can be used on the spur of the moment. This makes it perfect for youth ministry, youth group, or Vacation Bible School, especially for a railroad VBS theme.

How to Play Train Tag

Materials

• none!

Instructions

1. Choose 3 players to be "it". These are the "engines"
2. The engines try to tag other players. Each time the engine successfully tags someone, they link arms with the last person in the "train"
3. Only the engines may tag. If the train becomes unlinked, they must go to the sidelines and relink before the engine can start tagging again.
4. The game ends when everyone is a member of one of the three trains.
5. The train with the most people wins.

Hospital Tag

In this hospital tag game, players pretend they are wounded and go to the hospital to get fixed up. Great for a lesson on reconciliation or how God cares for us.
